About newchapter
- neWCHapter is a young, dynamic group of women and men dedicated to building the future of Women's College Hospital
- Our events and outreach activities aim to create opportunities for people to get involved in their community and make a difference in heath care
- We raise funds in support of Women's College Hospital's capital redevelopment campaign, which will culminate in the building of a new state-of-the-art heath care and research facility on the current Grenville Street site
- Led by a volunteer Executive Cabinet, our dedicated, energetic members combine social and networking events with philanthropy to raise funds in support of WCH and to raise awareness of the Hospital's important work among new communities

LUNCH AND LEARN SERIES:
This new and exciting lunch-time event is directed at current potential neWCHapter members. Each lunch will feature a successful business leader or WCH clinician scientist who will discuss their achievements. A Q&A period will follow each session, giving the audience a chance to speak first-hand with our notable guests.
CURRENT:
neWCHapter's second Lunch and Learn event will be held Monday April 12th and will feature Dr. Jim Ruderman, Chief of Staff at Women's College Hospital.

PAST: Our first Lunch and Learn event was held Monday November 30th and featured Colleen Moorehead, Entrepreneur in Residence, Signal Hill Equity Partners, founder and former President of E*Trade Canada, and Vice-Chair, the Campaign for Women's College Hospital.

On February 18th, 2010 neWCHapter held its first signature event - GrapetoGlass, a luxury wine tasting and silent wine auction. Sold out several weeks prior to the event, GrapetoGlass was a great success enjoyed by all guests, committee members and volunteers!
